101 – Heels
This course will explore movement across the different dance genres. Proper technique will be introduced so that floor work and levels can be explored and incorporated into Latin Fusion Dance. This course will improve your flexibility, strength and stamina! Although this class is specifically designed to build muscle strength you require as a dancer it is beneficial for overall mind body health and is beneficial for everyone.
This class will begin with a warm up and will focus on building core and leg strength specifically but will also incorporate back and upper body excercises that will allow you to work towards greater range of movement. You will notice immediate benefits in your balance, posture, turn out, and extensions.
